Check in/Check Out

What time should I check in? 
You can check-in any time after 2 pm (2:00 p.m.)

What time should I check out?
You should check out any time before 11 pm (11h00).

My flight arrives late in the evening; will it be possible to check-in late?
Our hotel does not have reception staff 24 hours a day, but if you contact us we will organize your late arrival and check-in without any problem.

My flight arrives early in the morning; will it be possible to check-in early?
Please be advised our standard check in time is anytime after 2 pm (14h00). To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in.

My flight leaves late in the day; will it be possible to check-out late?
Should you wish to retain your room after 11 pm (11h00), please arrange with reception at the hotel. All rooms subject to availability. The following charges may apply: 50% of the price of the room before 6 pm (18h00); the full price of the room after 6 pm (18h00).We invite you to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage storage before your check-out.

Services & Amenities

Is wireless internet available at the hotel?
Wireless Internet is available only in the common areas on the ground floor, not in the rooms.

 

Is breakfast included in the price?
A breakfast with local products is included in the price of any hotel room and is served in the living room or on the front terrace. Breakfast is served between 8:00 am (08h00) and 10 am (10h00). If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know.

 

Is dinner service available?
We do not have dinner service at the hotel. However, if you really want to experience living in Hermigua, we recommend that you go out and breathe the fresh country air by taking a pleasant walk to the town's restaurants. A unique experience awaits you, since each one has its character. We have updated information about all the restaurants in town on our notice board.

 

Is a laundry service available?
Laundry requests can be arranged with the concierge at the hotel reception.

 

Is a shuttle service available?
It is possible to book an external transportation service that will take you wherever you prefer. This service is organized with the hotel reception.

 

Is the hotel pet friendly?
We love all animals. After all, we are a rural hotel. However, in order to provide all our guests a soothing environment, we only allow small pets (to a maximum of 15 kg) in the hotel rooms or cottages, at an extra fee. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend, please contact us for further details.

 

Can I request a bouquet of flowers if I wish to surprise someone?
Our concierge, at the hotel reception, is ready to help you in any way possible. So, if you wish to request a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of champagne or book a picnic in order to surprise someone, he is there to help you make that happen.

 

Can I use the hotel's free spaces for free?
All areas of the hotel can be used free of charge, except when they are reserved for an activity or group classes are being held.

Cancellation policy

What is your full cancellation policy?


Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled. You can cancel or modify your refundable reservation free of charge up to 2 days before 12:00 PM on the first day of your stay if you choose one of our rooms or suites. If you choose to book one of our cottages, the maximum cancellation fee is 4 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation outside of this period, the full amount of your planned stay will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@hotel-gomera.com. This cancellation policy may be subject to change for special programs/packages, which will have their own specific conditions.
